Chairman of The Local Government Association Resources Panel and of the Sustainable Communities Act Selector Panel
The Resources Panel is concerned with the finances of the LGA Group; the Sustainable Communities Panel considers bids under the legislation and makes recommendations to the Secretary of State
A Governor of the Oxford & Cherwell Valley College (O&CVC)
Oxford & Cherwell Valley College is a Further Education College
A Patron of the Oxfordshire Rural Community Council (ORCC) and
A Trustee of The Oxford Preservation Trust (OPT)
These are local charities. The former is concerned with supporting the rural parts of the county while the latter is concerned with supporting the heritage of and around the City of Oxford
