Most of the time, most of the local media (newspapers, radio and TV) are pretty fair and pretty accurate in their reporting. Once in a while, they put out a horror, in the sense that the truth has been distorted to create a headline. I intend to record these media horror stories here because retractions are rare and, when they happen, they are given much less prominence than the original story. Of course, these are the local media horrors that I notice and most will relate to my role in Oxfordshire but I hope they might go some way to setting the record straight ..... | ||||
