The nearest primary school for Milcombe children is Bloxham (C of E) Primary School and is located at the junction of Tadmarton Road and Courtington Lane.  The headmaster is Mr Matthew Ingall.  This is a link to the Web Site.

We have our own County Council Mobile Library which calls  calls on alternate  Wednesdays in Bloxham Road from 3:50 pm to 4:30 pm.

The Parish Council meets seven times per year (3^rd Tuesday in January and May; 1^st   Tuesday in March, July, September and November; 4^th Tuesday in April).
